What is the billing process?

Clear Sky Essentials works with multiple manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors to provide the highest-quality PPE, Hygiene, Medical Monitoring, and Social Distancing equipment but is unique in that we are NOT a reseller of these products. Billing goes directly from the provider to the client, and we receive a fee from the provider. Clear Sky Essentials compensation is provided to the client for full transparency. Our goal is to provide a one stop shopping option for our customers without high mark-ups found in traditional retail models. Our objective is to provide simple, painless, affordable solutions.

First members will fill their cart with their desired products and quantities, then a Clear Sky Essentials representative will verify availability, timing, and pricing. The representative will then confirm the quote with the member and necessary adjustments can be made.

Payment can be made by Purchase Order, Check, Bank Transfer, and in some cases Credit Card.

What is the delivery timeline?

Shipping times vary across manufacturers, suppliers, and providers and we strive to deliver accurate delivery timelines for all orders. All quotes and invoices provide shipping costs and timelines, with manufacturer provided tracking information as well.

In the event that an order needs a rush delivery, members can provide their timing needs to Clear Sky Essentials and we will confirm with our providers if this timeline can be met with appropriate shipping methods and costs.

Can Clear Sky Essentials help me identify the proper solutions for my organization?

Non-members can submit their contact info or comments on our Contact us Page (link) and we can help identify appropriate safety solutions for their organization. Members can simply sign in, schedule a call, email, or chat to discover the best solutions for their needs.

Are PPE items eligible for return or exchange?

In order to maintain health and safety measures most safety items are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not currently offer refunds, credits, or exchanges on any products due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Manufacturer return policies vary, and manufacturers will provide their return policy prior to invoicing and purchase.

For certain products members can request a sample based on manufacturer policy. Please contact us to find out if the product you’re interested in can be sampled.
